Sports have always been the main thing in my life. I attended Southside High School in San Antonio where I was a four year letterman in Volleyball, Basketball, Softball, and Track. I also received district honors throughout my high school career and was also named Athlete of the Year for my school my senior year. Upon graduating I accepted an academic scholarship to the University of Texas in Austin. Even though I did not pursue a college athletic career I have stayed involved by coaching and also participating in intramural sports. I have coached summer volleyball leagues for the past three years for my high school as well as assisting with summer clinics in volleyball. I love working with kids and being able to make a difference in someone’s life. I now continue my love for sports by coaching and trying to help players reach their goals in whatever way I can.
